1. WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?
We accept payments via BIBD or Baiduri bank transfer or deposit.
2. HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
After your order is processed and shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. If you don't receive a tracking number, please contact us.
3. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once a purchase is made, we do not allow order cancellations or offer refunds as all sales are final.
4. CAN I CHANGE THE PRODUCT I PURCHASED?
Since all sales are final, no changes can be made to the ordered product. Please double-check your order before purchasing.
